FREE Workshop: First Time Fair Isle Knitting

Project:  Fair Isle Cap

Liven up your handwork and increase your knitting skills with stranded color-work.  Fair Isle is one of the most common techniques used in knitting to create color patterns.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate/Extreme
Skills Required: Complete understanding of knitting, purling.
Pattern Requirements: 16" circular US #6, 7 or 8 needles, US #6, 7 or 8 DPNs or as needed for gauge & stitch markers. You may purchase a pdf of the pattern HERE or we have printed patterns for sale in the shop.

Homework: None required, but you may cast on and knit the ribbing before class if desired.
Materials:  Two skeins DK, worsted or aran weight wool. Shown above in Reggae Ombre’ in two colors.  Pattern for sale in shop.

Class size is limited.  Yarn for Classes & Free Workshops must be purchased at Lancaster Yarn Shop.
